OAKLAND, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hit mobile games developer and publisher Big Run Studios announced that Vicky Spachis has joined as Vice President of People Operations. Spachis will lead all facets of HR including culture, talent acquisition & management, compensation & benefits, learning & development as well as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I).

Spachis brings over 25 years of industry experience working closely with senior leaders and hiring managers worldwide to achieve strategic business goals. She served as HR Director for GLU Mobile and oversaw people operations across their global offices ensuring policies and procedures were in compliance with local laws and requirements. At NCSOFT, Spachis served as Director of Recruiting and led the mobile studio’s HR function while successfully spearheading global talent acquisition for over 7 years, bringing on more than 200 employees yearly. Spachis has also been an entrepreneur, connecting best in class candidates and matching them with her clients’ needs. Her focus on high-touch, quality customer service and creating long term partnerships positioned candidates to flourish in their careers and help businesses grow.
