Aria Systems to Provide Its Billing and Monetization Platform to GTT Infrastructure Division

Billing platform deployment to support creation of standalone fiber network and data center infrastructure services company to be spun out from GTT

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aria Systems, the leader in helping enterprises grow subscription and usage-based revenue, today announced that GTT Communications, Inc. (NYSE: GTT), a leading global cloud networking provider to multinational clients, has selected Aria’s billing and monetization platform to be deployed within the company’s Infrastructure division, once it is spun out into a standalone entity. The Infrastructure division provides fiber network and data center services to customers across North America, Europe, and the rest of the world.

GTT announced in October that a purchase agreement has been signed providing for the sale of its Infrastructure division. Once the deal is closed, Aria will serve as the billing platform provider for the autonomous business operation. The billing platform will support the new company’s telecommunication infrastructure products and services while residing compatibly alongside CRM, CPQ, and other systems.

“In procuring the systems needed to effectively stand up and support the new business, we sought a billing solution that could be implemented quickly and would operate seamlessly alongside other systems coming online,” said Chris McKee, President of GTT’s Infrastructure Division. “Aria’s cloud-native platform easily met all of these requirements and will provide us with the robust billing capabilities to support our growth as we scale the newly independent business.”

“Aria’s speed of deployment, scalability, and ease of implementation makes it ideal for any new business entity in need of a modern and agile billing platform,” said Tom Dibble, President & CEO, Aria Systems. "We are excited to partner with GTT’s Infrastructure Division as it transitions to an independently operating business with the opportunity to play an important role in supporting its future growth and success.”
