ON24 Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ON24, Inc. today announced that it has launched the roadshow for its proposed initial public offering of common stock.

ON24 is offering 6,315,789 shares of common stock and certain selling stockholders are offering 2,285,188 shares of common stock in the offering. The Company also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,290,146 additional shares of common stock. The initial public offering price is currently expected to be between $45.00 and $50.00 per share. ON24 will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the selling stockholders. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. ON24 has applied to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “ONTF.”
