Noom added the following individuals to its leadership team:
- Michael Noonan, Chief Financial Officer: Noonan joins Noom with more than 20 years of financial leadership experience. Most recently he served as SVP of Finance at Booking Holdings (BKNG). Noonan brings a wealth of capital markets, IR, governance, and financial operations experience from one of the leading consumer-facing, publicly-traded technology companies as well as from his time at several leading global financial institutions.
- Michal Rosenn, General Counsel: Rosenn brings deep technology industry experience to Noom across a broad spectrum of legal strategy, corporate governance, and public policy capabilities. Prior to Noom, Rosenn served as GC at Expa, GC at Kickstarter, and as a ligator at Paul, Weiss.
- Emma Frane, Vice President of Communications: Frane brings more than a decade of corporate and consumer communications experience from leading consumer brands to Noom. She joins Noom from Casper where she oversaw communications and PR through several years of high growth from startup to publicly-traded sleep company.
