IT Certification Council Launches New Website

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The IT Certification Council (ITCC) has made it easier for its members to connect with one another through new functionality on the organization's website, enabling ITCC members to participate in community discussions and posts, creating a new way to collaborate with one another.

This new feature was added as part of a website redesign which includes a refresh to the ITCC logo. The website will continue to offer the resources that have put the Council at the forefront of information sharing within the IT certification industry, such as white papers, blog posts and upcoming events, but will now also include meeting replays, a member directory, and more.

"ITCC members support the world's technology needs," said Kristin Bernor, ITCC Marketing Task Force Chairperson. "We wanted to create a community for our members to come together while having access to industry best practices – all in one place. We're known for understanding what our members need and then creating it. Establishing a member portal with a collaboration space is the next evolution of that approach."

To develop the new site, ITCC worked with an agency to ensure the website's look and feel matched the personality and values of the organization and its members. At the same time, it was imperative to provide an easy-to-navigate site with all of the organization's resources and access to the new member community.

The launch of this new outlet for collaboration couldn't have come at a better time – the Council has seen a record-breaking number of new members in 2020.

"This year's membership growth is the highest it's been since ITCC's inception back in 2008," said Kristin Wall, ITCC Board of Directors Chairperson. "As professionals from the IT certification industry are familiarizing themselves with us, we want them to understand exactly who we are and how dedicated we are to serving this industry. The ITCC sees this website redesign and logo refresh as an integral part of their continued commitment to serving the industry and its workforce. The redesigned site is another step toward greater connection and growth among ITCC members.
