Allay Consulting adds Former Marijuana Supervisor from the Denver Department of Public Health & Environment

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hemp, CBD and cannabis compliance consulting firm Allay announced today its newest team member, former municipal cannabis regulator Kara Lavaux, who joins as a Cannabis Compliance Expert.

Lavaux brings over 14 years of experience as a food and safety regulator for Colorado health departments, six of which were in the cannabis space with the Denver Department of Public Health & Environment (DDPHE). Lavaux earned her Certified Professional-Food Safety (CP-FS) certification and supervised DDPHE’s Marijuana Program before joining Allay.

Allay continues to build on its expertise of regulatory oversight with a team that has collectively more than 30 years working for state and local agencies.
