ALTAMIRA Strengthens Board with Two Independent Directors

MCLEAN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Altamira Technologies Corporation today announces the addition of two recognized leaders, Ron Moultrie and Dave Wajsgras, to its Board of Directors.

Altamira Chairman, Joe Wright, expressed the Board's excitement about the engagement of these leaders, stating "Ron and Dave are outstanding additions to our Board. They each have led large organizations focused on key missions working across U.S. National Defense and Intelligence. They are well respected leaders who know how to get things done and will be instrumental in the continued growth of the Altamira platform."

Moultrie is a former senior national security official who retired as the Director of Operations at the National Security Agency. He was a senior CIA officer, served in the Air Force and recently served as a senior Advisor to the Secretary of the Navy. Moultrie graduated from University of Maryland and earned a Master’s degree from the National Intelligence University.

Wajsgras most recently served as president of the Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS) business at the former Raytheon Company, now part of Raytheon Technologies (NYSE: RTX) after the merger with United Technologies Corporation in April 2020. Under Wajsgras’ leadership, IIS drove digital transformation by challenging traditional defense industry software development tools, culture and process standards through the implementation of commercial software best practices. Previously, he was senior vice president and CFO at Raytheon and directed the company's overall financial strategy.

Altamira CEO Ted Davies noted “these two outstanding leaders provide the company with added insights and access as we advance our position as a leading mission-focused innovator in space, battlespace and cyber network operations for the DoD and the IC.”
