NAUGATUCK, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Eastern Company (NASDAQ:EML) today announced the declaration of its regular quarterly cash dividend of eleven cents ($0.11) per share, payable March 16, 2020, to common shareholders of record as of March 2, 2020. This dividend represents the Company’s 318th consecutive quarterly dividend.
