Amid successive growth and a continued increase in industry demand, Nichols arrives at a pivotal time for the company. Additionally, Troy Feeken has been named senior director of MLS product and implementation.

Nichols brings extensive experience to the executive team having held marketing positions at a Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and within corporate IT organizations. As a former executive at MARIS MLS she understands the needs of MLS organizations, real estate professionals, and consumers. She is known for implementing cohesive brand, marketing, and communication strategies that closely connect companies with their markets. Recently, she rebranded MARIS, launched a member-centric website, and successfully implemented Salesforce Marketing Cloud while rapidly elevating the profile of MARIS in the real estate industry.

Another key leader who has joined the team is Troy Feeken. He has been named senior director of MLS product and implementation. As a former manager of customer projects at Flexmls from FBS, he was responsible for implementing over 100 MLS systems. He is known for developing thorough implementation plans that ensure clients have a smooth transition to new business critical platforms.
