Transaction expands national footprint and service offerings, making it one of the largest installation companies in the U.S.

SANDY, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wize Solutions announced today that it has acquired Texas and Illinois-based ESSI, ESSI Midwest, Tech Products and Warehouse Equipment Solutions (WES) after executing a carefully planned acquisition strategy leveraging private equity resources. As a result, Wize Solutions has become one of the largest warehouse system installation companies in the U.S. and strengthened its position in providing turnkey material handling installations; including automation, conveyance and beyond.

The acquisition of ESSI and ESSI Midwest will enhance Wize Solutions’ industrial material handling and warehouse installation footprint in the Midwest and South providing additional resources for pallet racking, shelving systems, mezzanines, conveyors, pick modules and automated logistics setups. The addition of Tech Products allows Wize to further expand its automation practice, and WES supports its goal to expand into additional service offerings.
