Sterlington Advises DigitalBridge Management Team on Acquisition by SoftBank Group

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sterlington advised the management team of DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (DigitalBridge) on its completed acquisition by SoftBank Group Corp. for approximately $3.1 billion.

Sterlington advised DigitalBridge's management on all aspects of the transaction, including go-forward compensation and equity arrangements for the leadership team. DigitalBridge is a leading global alternative asset manager dedicated to investing in digital infrastructure.

The Sterlington team was led by Executive Compensation partners Jeremy L. Goldstein and Jake Ebers and Corporate partners Christopher S. Harrison and Evan Coren.
