Battelle Expands Transportation Expertise with Key Hires Christopher Hill and Marcia Pincus

COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Battelle today announced the addition of Christopher Hill and Marcia Pincus to its Surface Transportation Practice within the Infrastructure Safety and Security Division, strengthening the organization’s ability to support federal transportation priorities and accelerate innovation in transportation operations, safety, and intelligent mobility.

Hill and Pincus bring decades of combined experience leading complex federal transportation programs and will help drive growth across Battelle’s federal portfolio.

Hill joins Battelle with extensive experience supporting federal transportation initiatives and national programs, with a focus on systems engineering, transportation operations and safety, and intelligent transportation systems (ITS). He has a strong track record of delivering results in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Pincus joins Battelle as a nationally recognized multimodal transportation leader with more than 20 years of experience leading U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) programs. She has led research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E) portfolios to advance connected and automated vehicle (CV/AV/V2X) deployment, roadway safety, digital infrastructure investment, and transportation systems management and operations (TSMO).
