Court Square Capital Partners Announces Acquisition of CallTower

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Court Square Capital Partners (“Court Square”), a leading U.S. middle market private equity firm, today announced it has acquired a majority stake in CallTower (the “Company”), a global leader in enterprise-class cloud communications and collaboration solutions. Court Square is acquiring the company from BV Investment Partners, which acquired a majority stake in 2023.

Founded in 2002 and Headquartered in South Jordan, Utah, CallTower specializes in Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Collaboration, and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), supported by professional and managed services.

Leveraging leading technologies including Microsoft Teams, Webex by Cisco, Zoom, and AI-powered contact center solutions, CallTower delivers seamless and reliable connectivity, tailored to the unique needs of enterprises worldwide.
