He brings deep expertise in building and scaling global AI-powered teams for some of the world’s biggest brands. Gradwell joins Superside from Monks, where he served as Executive Vice President of Global Creative.

Gradwell’s career spans two decades at the forefront of creative innovation. In addition to Monks, he has held leadership positions at Firstborn in New York and AKQA in London. As CCO, Gradwell will lead Superside’s creative vision, overseeing its world-class team and further accelerating business growth to help the company continue on its journey to disrupt the traditional agency model. Gradwell will not only further advance the company’s industry-leading AI expertise, but will help Superside and its customers deliver high-impact creative that cuts through the noise.
