JM Test Systems Expands to Canada With Acquisition of BHD Instrumentation

BATON ROUGE, La.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--JM Test Systems, a leading provider of test and measurement equipment and calibration services, announced today that it has acquired BHD Instrumentation, Canada’s leading provider of industrial products and calibration solutions. JM Test will partner with Adam Hesse, CEO of BHD, to expand locations and offerings in Canada while continuing to provide quality products and calibration services.

Both JM Test and BHD are multi-generational, family-founded businesses with a combined 75 years of providing excellence and quality to customers. BHD was founded in 1990 with the vision of transforming the way instrumentation is bought and sold in Canada. Today, BHD has expanded to three regional office locations serving customers across Canada.
