NOXX Cannabis Mural Contest: Showcase Your Art to 100,000+ People Daily on Woodward!

PLEASANT RIDGE, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NOXX Cannabis is inviting local artists to make their mark on Woodward Avenue with an exciting mural competition. This is a rare opportunity to have artwork displayed in a high-traffic location, viewed by over 100,000 people each week. The winning artist will receive a $1,000 cash prize, with all mural materials covered by NOXX.

The 430-square-foot mural will be featured on the covered parking lot wall at NOXX’s dispensary, located at 23622 Woodward Ave. This initiative is part of the Pleasant Ridge Arts Council’s Public Art Project, which is funded in part by cannabis tax revenue. The design should celebrate what makes Detroit unique while adhering to content guidelines. Artists can submit up to five designs for consideration.

Submissions are due by April 15, with finalists announced on April 20. From April 21 to May 4, the public will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite design, with the winner revealed on May 12. The mural will be painted between May 13 and May 22, weather permitting.
