DOWNERS GROVE, III.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--InvenTrust Properties Corp. (NYSE: IVT) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a fourth quarter 2024 cash distribution of $0.2263 per share of common stock, which represents a 5% year-over-year increase. When annualized, this is equal to a rate of $0.9052 per share. This distribution will be paid on or about January 15, 2025, to stockholders of record as of December 30, 2024.
