Harvest Announces Filing of the Preliminary Prospectus for 6 New Harvest High Income Shares ETFs

OAKVILLE, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Harvest Portfolios Group Inc. (“Harvest”) is pleased to announce that it has filed a preliminary prospectus with the Canadian securities regulators for the Harvest MicroStrategy High Income Shares ETF (“MSTY”), Harvest Coinbase High Income Shares ETF (“CONY”), Harvest Palantir Enhanced High Income Shares ETF (“PLTE”), Harvest Tesla Enhanced High Income Shares ETF (“TSLY”), Harvest Meta Enhanced High Income Shares ETF (“METE”) and Harvest Diversified High Income Shares ETF (“HHIS”).

MSTY and CONY provide single-stock ETF access to the growth potential of MicroStrategy Incorporated and Coinbase Global Inc., respectively, with an active covered call strategy designed to generate high monthly income.

PLTE, TSLY and METE provide single-stock ETF access to the growth potential of Palantir Technologies Inc., Tesla, Inc., and Meta Platforms, Inc., respectively, by engaging modest leverage and an active covered call strategy designed to generate enhanced high monthly income.

HHIS is designed to provide Canadian investors access to a portfolio consisting of Harvest High Income Shares ETFs that provides high monthly cash distributions and the opportunity for capital appreciation, on a levered basis.

Investment Objectives of the New Harvest High Income Shares ETFs

MSTY will seek to provide Unitholders with (i) long-term capital appreciation by investing, directly or indirectly in the common stock class A of MicroStrategy Incorporated (“MicroStrategy”) and (ii) high monthly cash distributions.

CONY will seek to provide Unitholders with (i) long-term capital appreciation by investing, directly or indirectly in class A common stock of Coinbase Global Inc. (“Coinbase”) and (ii) high monthly cash distributions.

PLTE will seek to provide Unitholders with (i) long-term capital appreciation by investing, directly or indirectly, on a levered basis, in the class A common stock of Palantir Technologies Inc. (“Palantir”) and (ii) high monthly cash distributions.

TSLY will seek to provide Unitholders with (i) long-term capital appreciation by investing, directly or indirectly, on a levered basis, in common stock of Tesla, Inc. (“Tesla”) and (ii) high monthly cash distributions.

METE will seek to provide Unitholders with (i) long-term capital appreciation by investing, directly or indirectly, on a levered basis, in the class A common stock of Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”) and (ii) high monthly cash distributions.

HHIS will seek to provide Unitholders with high monthly cash distributions and the opportunity for capital appreciation, on a levered basis, by investing in a portfolio of exchange traded mutual funds managed by the Manager that (i) invest in single equity securities, and (ii) engage in covered call strategies.

Harvest, a registered investment fund manager and portfolio manager, will act as promoter, trustee, manager and portfolio manager of MSTY, CONY, PLTE, TSLY, METE and HHIS and will be responsible for the administration of MSTY, CONY, PLTE, TSLY, METE and HHIS.
