PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Grant Thornton, one of America’s largest brands of professionals providing end-to-end audit, assurance, tax, and advisory services, has named Jessica Estrada as the firm’s new market managing principal for Phoenix. In this role, Estrada will drive growth and lead strategy execution in the Phoenix market, while helping her team deliver personalized client experiences.
Estrada has served Grant Thornton in a series of successive roles since 2008. She moved from the firm’s Chicago headquarters to the Phoenix office in 2011, and she was named a partner in the Audit & Assurance practice in 2021.
She has a long track record of working across the firm’s service areas to build high-performing teams and provide thorough guidance to her clients, and she has served organizations in the transportation, services, sports, manufacturing and nonprofit sectors. Estrada has also served many multinational clients, often working in concert with members of the Grant Thornton International Ltd network.
Tony Perazzo, the managing principal for the firm’s West region, praises Estrada’s success leading engagements with some of the firm’s largest clients.

Outside of work, Estrada is the co-chair of the Phoenix chapter for 50/50 Women on Boards ― the leading global nonprofit advancing gender balance and diversity on corporate boards. She leads numerous fundraising efforts for the organization, and she helps steer events aimed at elevating women leaders and introducing more women to corporate board directors.
Estrada is also a member of the board of directors for the Fresh Start Women’s Foundation, a nonprofit organization that equips women with education opportunities and valuable career skills, while providing services like social work, family law support and mentorship. Additionally, Estrada served for two years on the board of the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Estrada is a certified public accountant in Arizona and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Augustana College and a master’s degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University.
