AGM and Annual Report

Young’s is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting will be held at The Civic Suite in Wandsworth Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, Wandsworth, London SW18 2PU at 11.30am on Thursday, 25 July 2024.

The company confirms that the following documents have been made available to shareholders:

  • The Company’s 2024 Annual Report (which includes the notice of Annual General Meeting); and
  • Form of Proxy for the Annual General Meeting.

For those shareholders who do not hold any of the Company’s A shares, the notice of meeting is for information purposes only.

The Company’s 2024 Annual Report (which includes the notice of Annual General Meeting) is also available on the Company's website at www.youngs.co.uk/investors/financial-results-and-presentations. Electronic copies of the 2024 Annual Report and the Form of Proxy have been submitted to the AIM Regulation Team at the London Stock Exchange.
