DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Valcadia Healthcare Partners LLC (“Valcadia” or “VHP”), an independent healthcare investment bank established in 2023, announces the closing of its first completed mergers and acquisition engagement, in February 2024. The transaction target, which was not disclosed, operates an outsourced clinical research services business focused on Alzheimer’s disease and liver disease and is based in the Southeastern United States. The acquirer is a private equity backed clinical research platform.

Valcadia has multiple additional health sciences M&A engagements currently underway which are also expected to close this year.
