BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TÜV SÜD announces the acquisition of US-based Forest Resource Solutions and Technologies, further expanding its expertise in the validation and verification of climate protection projects. Following a buy and build strategy, TÜV SÜD America had already acquired Ruby Canyon Environmental, a global leader in the field of GHG project and reporting assurance in 2022.
Forest Resource Solutions and Technologies (FRST Corp) is an industry leader and provides both traditional forestry services related to timberland management and wildfire mitigation as well as the validation and verification of forest carbon offset projects. In 2018, Andrea and Christian Eggleton founded the company with a passion for making a positive impact on forest health and our environment.
Ruby Canyon Environmental (RCE) and FRST have worked closely together since 2018 and the acquisition will further expand their capabilities to support clients. RCE has built a dedicated team of experts with extensive knowledge and experience in GHG reporting, methodologies, and programs around the world. The inclusion of Andrea, Christian, and the rest of the FRST team will continue to build upon RCE’s and TÜV SÜD’s legacy of providing high-quality services with excellence.
