Central Valley Community Bancorp Reports Earnings Results for the Year and Quarter Ended December 31, 2023, and Quarterly Dividend

FRESNO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Central Valley Community Bancorp (Company) (NASDAQ: CVCY), the parent company of Central Valley Community Bank (Bank), reported today results for the year and quarter ended December 31, 2023, and quarterly dividend. The Company also announced that all required regulatory approvals have been received for the Merger Agreement dated October 10, 2023 with Community West Bancshares, a California corporation (“Community West”). Pursuant to the terms of the Merger Agreement, Community West will be merged with and into Central Valley Community Bancorp, with the Company as the surviving institution. The proposed transaction is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company and Community West at their respective special shareholder meetings to be held on February 8, 2024. The transaction is expected to be completed on April 1, 2024 pending shareholder approval and the satisfaction of other customary closing conditions.
