PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--EverCharge, a leading provider of large-scale electric vehicle (EV) charging devices and management systems, today announced its new Customer Experience Center located at its headquarters in Palo Alto, CA.
The Experience Center will serve as a dynamic space for customers to interact with EverCharge’s complete suite of charging products. Visitors will be able to bring in different vehicle models for testing or utilize the fleet of company cars on-site. The space will also allow the company to simulate different charging scenarios and demonstrate the power of its SmartPower technology in solving the complexities and challenges often associated with charging infrastructure.
“As we continue to deliver on our mission of driving forward a clean, electric future, the launch of our Customer Experience Center enables us to more closely collaborate with our customers to evolve and streamline the EverCharge user experience,” said Jason Appelbaum, Founder and CEO of EverCharge. “We look forward to welcoming current and future partners to the Experience Center to develop tailored solutions that will scale the critical buildout of charging infrastructure.”
EverCharge designs and manufactures its own hardware to provide an unparalleled level of quality and supply chain control, and is proud to be one of the few companies to manufacture its charging products in North America at its factory in Hayward, CA. The company also recently announced the launch of its end-to-end suite of services to simplify the cost-analysis, deployment, and management of its EV charging systems. EverCharge’s vertical hardware integration, combined with premium service offerings, provides its customers with a streamlined experience, instead of having to patch together services, struggle to integrate hardware with software, or work with incomplete data.
