CityBase Welcomes Josh Mallamud as Chief Operating Officer

Seasoned tech exec and entrepreneur rounds out govtech leadership team

Mallamud joins the government technology company as its Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for refining and executing on the company’s strategy, maximizing the team’s talent, and driving growth.

Josh was most recently Senior Vice President at DialogTech, where he contributed to the company’s strategic transition into Martech and enterprise SaaS. Prior to DialogTech, Josh cofounded a social commerce business in Shanghai. He scaled the business across AsiaPac to more than 175 employees and $20MM in revenue, leading to a successful exit 15 months after launch. Josh is a board member of noted Chicago venture-backed SaaS companies Sentic Technologies and Aclaimant. He was an attorney at Munger, Tolles & Olson and a management consultant advising companies such as BlackRock, Adobe, and Sotheby’s on strategy execution. Josh has a JD from Northwestern, an MBA from Kellogg, and a BA in Economics from Duke.
