PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Icahn Automotive Group LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Icahn Enterprises L.P. (NASDAQ: IEP), announced that it has completed the acquisition of automotive service company Precision Auto Care, Inc., parent company of Precision Tune Auto Care.
