NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HHAeXchange, the home care leader in provider home care technology solutions in combination with strategic partner McCarthy Capital, today announced that current President Greg Strobel has assumed the role of president and chief executive officer. The company’s Founder, Raphael Nadel, who previously held the CEO role, has moved into the position of Chief Innovation and Strategy Officer. The shift comes as the company moves into a high growth phase driven by an increased need for home care technology in the U.S.
In his new role, Strobel will drive strategy and operations for the growing company. The average age in the U.S. continues to rise, and home care will be a critical factor in reducing hospital admissions, lowering overall healthcare costs and allowing the most vulnerable populations to stay in their homes longer. HHAeXchange has already seen the demand for its software, which connects payers, providers and patients in home care, rise dramatically – growth that is predicted to continue.
“Efficient and effective home care is the key to a better healthcare system, and HHAeXchange is leading the charge on providing an integrated technology platform that improves accountability, streamlines operations and leads to a better home care experience for patients,” said Strobel. “Raphael is an industry pioneer and the visionary behind this company, and allowing him to focus his expertise in building enterprise software systems and strategic roadmaps will be crucial to our ongoing success.”
Strobel has led the HHAeXchange team as president for three years. Prior to HHAeXchange, he was president of MedAssets’ (NASDAQ:MDAS) $300 million healthcare software and services division. In that role, he led all aspects of product management, client services and support and sales. Prior to MedAssets, Greg held senior leadership roles at McKesson and EY (formerly Ernst & Young).
“Greg’s experience, background and leadership qualities are exactly what will propel HHAeXchange on to the next level of growth,” said Nadel. “Greg brings a fresh and seasoned perspective to product roadmap development, customer service and strategic growth planning that will drive our company forward.”
