The Tampa-based insurer currently offers residential and commercial property insurance products through agency partners serving customers in Florida and Louisiana. Duck Creek’s policy and billing solutions will be used to improve operational efficiencies as well as support new product development that will advance business growth and expand their offerings to additional states.
