Safepoint Insurance Company Selects Duck Creek Policy and Billing Solutions to Support Product Diversification and Growth

Tampa-based insurer to utilize new core systems to increase speed of product changes and deliver an excellent service experience to independent agents and customers

BOSTON--()--Safepoint Insurance Company has selected Duck Creek Technologies to modernize its property and casualty insurance core systems. The Tampa-based insurer currently offers residential and commercial property insurance products through agency partners serving customers in Florida and Louisiana. Duck Creek’s policy and billing solutions will be used to improve operational efficiencies as well as support new product development that will advance business growth and expand their offerings to additional states.
