SAN FRANCISCO--()--Young Community Developers, Inc. (YCD) announced today it has been named as one of The NonProfit Times (NPT) 2017 Best Nonprofits To Work For in the United States. YCD is ranked #22 nationally on the overall list of 50 best nonprofits and #11 for small nonprofits (15 - 49 employees). This is YCD’s fourth year in a row being named in the top 50.

NPT has partnered with Best Companies Group to identify nonprofit organizations that have excelled in creating quality workplaces for employees. This survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in the nonprofit industry, benefiting the industry's economy, workforce and businesses.
