(the “Company”), announced today the effectiveness of its name change from AP Event, Inc. to Leafbuyer Technologies, Inc. and that the Company’s new trading symbol on the OTC Markets is now "LBUY."

Leafbuyer went public via reverse merger on March 24, 2017, when LB Media Group, LLC (“LB Media”) was merged with and into an acquisition subsidiary of AP Event, Inc. LB survived the merger and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
