(“Ziptronix”) reached an agreement with OmniVision Technologies, Inc. (“OmniVision”) that provides OmniVision with a license under Ziptronix’s patents. In addition, the outstanding litigation among Ziptronix, OmniVision, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and TSMC North America Corporation has been dismissed.
