Joe McCleary, Clint Bryer, and Lucius McCelvey will each become Manager of one or more of Safety Vision’s five vertical markets. In these roles, along with Vice President of Sales Randy Wise, they will provide invaluable guidance and skills to their teams of Account Executives. This strategic organization of the sales force is poised to best accomplish Safety Vision’s aggressive sales goals as it celebrates its 25th year of doing business in the mobile surveillance marketplace.
Joe McCleary, Manager, First Responder, Law Enforcement, and Trucking Sales, has over 31 years of experience with technology providers, including 12 with Safety Vision. McCleary had progressive sales growth of 300% over a five year period, emphasizing structure to reach new goals. This impressive performance earned him the prestigious Visionary of the Year award in 2014. "Customer Service and Support are integral and necessary for customer retention and long term mutually beneficial business partnerships," says McCleary. “Safety Vision does not close deals. We open and build relationships.”
Clint Bryer, Manager, School Bus Sales, began his career at Safety Vision in 2007, where he came from a background in stationary surveillance installation. Clint quickly mastered roles in the Technical Support, Shipping and Receiving, and Customer Service departments before proving himself in Sales, giving him a unique perspective of Safety Vision’s intimate interaction with customers. “I once asked one of my favorite customers why he has stayed with us for so long, and he told me Safety Vision always ‘does the right thing.’ It was then I realized how important relationships are in creating longtime, loyal customers.” Bryer is particularly excited about the new Evergreen Program, which will provide incredible new budgetary options to school districts.
Lucius McCelvey, Manager, Mass Transit Sales, was with founder and CEO Bruce Smith at the genesis of Safety Vision in the early 90’s. He helped found Safety Vision’s sales ideals and built alliances with some of the largest fleets before leaving to begin several of his own successful enterprises. Lucius rejoined the Safety Vision team last year when Smith realized he needed the best to bring his new ideas and products into full force. “I’m so excited to be a part of this family again because I’ve seen all of the amazing next generation products we have in store,” says McCelvey. “The RoadRecorder 8000’s open architecture and ability to seamlessly integrate with Milestone’s and OnSSI’s software is going to redefine the market.”
Joining the new sales managers are several new Visionaries; Carl Buchner, Hunter Guzman, Kirk Johnson, and Joseph Murphy have all recently joined the Safety Vision team. They are currently engaged with Safety Vision product developers, learning in-depth all of the technological advances Safety Vision has planned for customers in 2017.
