Frazier Healthcare Partners Names Seasoned Healthcare CEO Rob Kill as an Operating Partner

SEATTLE--()--Frazier Healthcare Partners, a leading provider of growth capital to healthcare companies, announced today that Rob Kill has joined the firm as an Operating Partner on the Growth Buyout team. He will assist the Growth Buyout group with identifying and executing opportunities in the IT enabled services, manufacturing and distribution spaces.

Mr. Kill most recently served as Chairman and CEO of Cogentix Medical Inc., a high-growth global medical device company that manufactures and markets neuromodulation and endoscopy technologies for the minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment of urologic disorders. Prior to Cogentix, Mr. Kill served as Chairman and CEO of Virtual Radiologic Corporation, a provider of technology-enabled outsourced radiology solutions to over 2,500 hospitals. Before joining Virtual Radiologic, Mr. Kill was President of Misys Physician Systems, a developer of electronic medical record and practice management software applications. In this role, he was responsible for a software business serving more than 85,000 physician customers across the United States. Earlier in his career, he also spent 10 years with Baxter Healthcare, where he held senior leadership roles in operations, marketing, and sales.

Mr. Kill holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
