BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Polen Capital, an independently owned, growth equity investment manager with a 27-year track record, announced today that it will add an International Growth strategy to its suite of products in early 2017. The International Growth strategy will provide clients with another access point to the Firm’s proven bottom-up, concentrated investment philosophy and process.
Todd Morris, Director of Research at Polen Capital, has been appointed as portfolio manager of the new International Growth strategy, effective December 2016. In his role as Director of Research, Mr. Morris was responsible for globalizing the Firm’s research effort and leading the execution of research for the Focus Growth and Global Growth strategies. Brandon Ladoff, who joined Polen Capital in 2013 and has served as Global Research Analyst since, has been promoted to succeed Mr. Morris as Director of Research.

Prior to joining Polen Capital in 2011, Mr. Morris held research and marketing roles with Prudential Insurance and Millennium Global Asset Management, respectively. Mr. Morris also served for seven years in the U.S. Navy. During his naval career he navigated a warship on three deployments, taught at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and served with the U.S. Army in Iraq. Mr. Morris received his B.S. in History from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
