PARMA, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The newest store to open its doors at The Shoppes at Parma, a PECO Real Estate property, is SHOE DEPT. ENCORE, offering a wide variety of men’s, women’s and children’s shoes and accessories. The new 10,752-square-foot store opens on Friday, November 11 next to the recently opened rue21 (November 10) and soon-to-open ULTA Beauty (November 18).
