The award is in recognition of his commitment to excellence and extraordinary success in such areas as innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to the company and communities. Miles was selected as the award recipient by a panel of independent judges and announced at a special gala event on June 25, 2016 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas.
As CEO, Miles has led Zoës Kitchen through exceptional growth. Under his leadership, the brand has accelerated its development, growing from 20 restaurants in 2009 to more than 180 locations across 19 states.
