MCLEAN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kapsch TrafficCom AG today named technology veteran Japjeev Kohli Chief Technology Officer for the North American region effective April 1, 2016. Japjeev has been with Kapsch since April 2005.
Japjeev brings over 20 years of experience as a senior technology leader. He previously held a number of positions at Kapsch, including VP Engineering and most recently SVP of Delivery & Operations for North America. Japjeev will be responsible for directing the North American engineering teams as the company expands its offerings in the Intelligent Transportation Systems marketplace. Japjeev will also co-lead the development of Global Roadside & Enforcement Solutions.

In addition to his time at Kapsch TrafficCom, Japjeev previously held senior technology roles at COM DEV Space Group. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Computer Engineering and a Master of Management Science Degree in Management of Technology from University of Waterloo.
