CACI Awarded $63.5 Million Contract From Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division to Support Advanced Communications

Work Continues on New Solutions to Rapidly Deliver Tactical Information

ARLINGTON, Va.--()--CACI International Inc (NYSE MKT: CACI) announced today that it has been awarded a $63.5 million bridge contract by the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) to continue its support for NAWCAD’s Special Communications Mission Solutions (SCMS) Division. The 20-month contract represents continuing work for CACI in its Communications and Command and Control market areas.

NAWCAD SCMS supports research and development, engineering, test and evaluation of all U.S. Navy and Marine Corps air vehicle systems and trainers. NAWCAD SCMS products and services include fixed, transportable and mobile systems for platforms such as shipboard, aircraft/airborne and weapon systems, to be placed on small crafts, boats, shelters, or vehicles.

Under the terms of the award, CACI will support SCMS efforts that include quick-reaction capabilities in the subset of command, control, computers, communications, intelligence (C4I) electronic systems and interoperability. CACI will be involved throughout all stages of development. Starting with design, prototyping, fabrication, and installation, CACI will continue contributing expertise through certification, testing, and maintenance.
