PROVIDENCE, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Utilidata, Inc., a global software company partnering with utilities to modernize the electric grid, announced today that CJ Meiser has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. Meiser has extensive experience in operations, product management, and customer support and previously led product and solution delivery teams for Schneider Electric.

Before joining Utilidata, Meiser served as Vice President at Schneider Electric where he launched the company’s industry leading data center monitoring system. He also led product and solution delivery teams, including the $40+ million embedded systems group and Global Design and Configuration teams. Prior to Schneider Electric, Meiser served as Senior Manager at American Power Conversion, responsible for its global portfolio of software and embedded management products. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Fairfield University and has secured two software patent grants.
At Utilidata, Meiser will continue to scale the delivery team, focusing on achieving excellence in customer delivery and support.
