SCRA Technology Ventures Celebrates Investment

Presents “Big Check” to Columbia-based TerraStride

SUMMERVILLE, S.C.--()--SCRA Technology Ventures’ SC Launch presented a “big check” investment of $200,000 to Columbia-based company TerraStride yesterday evening during the EngenuitySC Science Café in Columbia, S.C.

TerraStride, an SC Launch company since June 2014, designs and produces map-based software for high-value niche markets. The SC Launch investment will be used for new hires, which will be high-paid, technical development professionals.

“We are delighted to celebrate this milestone with TerraStride,” said SCRA CEO Bill Mahoney. “Fostering the growth of technology-based, entrepreneurial companies like TerraStride is an honor. We are glad to support this technology and the high-tech jobs it will continue to develop in South Carolina.”
