Through this purchase, 4INFO’s SMS customers will now be serviced by Mblox’s global delivery capability. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Mblox connects its clients to over 1,000 operators around the world. Customers new to Mblox will have expanded options outside the US and access to new services in the US, including Mblox’s StarStar Service. The transaction allows both Mblox and 4INFO to advance their agendas in their respective core businesses.
