RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ChannelAdvisor Corporation (NYSE:ECOM), a leading provider of cloud-based e-commerce solutions that enable retailers and manufacturers to increase global sales, today announced that Josh Christie, ChannelAdvisor vice president of engineering, has been recognized by the Triangle Business Journal as a 2015 40 Under 40 Leadership Award winner. The 40 Under 40 Leadership Awards recognize outstanding professionals under the age of 40 for their contributions to their organizations and to the community.

As vice president of engineering, Christie is responsible for leading ChannelAdvisor’s global engineering team to enhance the company’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. Prior to joining ChannelAdvisor, Christie was a software design engineer at Microsoft. There, he was an early member of the team that created Visual Studio Team System, now Visual Studio ALM. He received Bachelor of Science degrees in computer engineering and computer science from North Carolina State University, where he was a Park Scholar.
This year’s 40 Under 40 Leadership class will be honored at an awards luncheon on June 11 at Prestonwood Country Club in Cary at 11:30 a.m. EDT.
