Redford to director of business development.

In his new position, Redford will be responsible for providing business development support, contract execution, and defense and intelligence community subject matter expertise. Additionally, his key oversight responsibilities include strategic planning, business capture and proposal support, program management, pipeline development, and internal/external coordination.
Redford previously held several leadership positions within the federal contracting and defense industries, including as program manager at CACI Federal. Before entering the private sector, Redford served for 27 years in the U.S. Air Force, completing his career as chief enlisted manager for the Air Force Weather Agency at Offutt Air Force Base. During his career he served in various positions at the wing, major command and air staff levels.
Redford graduated from Touro University International with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and human resource management. He also holds an associate degree in applied science in weather technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
