RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The North Carolina Healthcare Information and Communications Alliance (NCHICA) announced that Jennifer Anderson will serve as the organization’s new Executive Director beginning on November 3, 2014. She will succeed Holt Anderson, who is retiring on October 31 after 19 years of service. He will remain active going forward, serving as a member of the NCHICA Board of Directors.
Jennifer Anderson (no relation to Holt Anderson) brings a wealth of health care experience to NCHICA, including nine years with the Carolinas Center for Medical Excellence, seven years with Siemens Medical Solutions Health Services Corporation, and recently gained experience in the inpatient / hospital sector with Tenet Healthcare in South Carolina. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and is a certified Project Management Professional.
