WINCHESTER, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Delta Natural Gas Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: DGAS), at a meeting held August 15, 2014, authorized a quarterly stock dividend of twenty cents ($.20) per share to be paid September 15, 2014 to all common shareholders of record as of September 1, 2014.
