DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Anthelio Healthcare Solutions Inc., the largest independent provider of technology and services to hospitals, physician practice groups and other healthcare providers, today announced the appointment of Jeff Robertson as CFO. In his new position, Jeff will be responsible for leading the company’s financial and accounting operations on a global basis. Jeff succeeds Mark Falkenberg. Mark, who has chosen to pursue opportunities outside of Anthelio, will remain with the company through the end of August working closely with Jeff to ensure a seamless transition.
Jeff has over 32 years of experience in large and mid-size companies. Most recently, he was Senior VP at The Brock Group, where his responsibilities included managing and logistics for $350 million of assets. Jeff has also served as Senior VP and Chief Accounting Officer for Safety-Kleen, North America’s largest provider of oil refining and recycling with revenues of over $1.3 billion. “Jeff’s extensive background and record of driving business growth makes him a perfect fit for Anthelio, especially as the company is focused on emphasizing end-to-end productized technology solutions and new products for the healthcare industry,” said Asif Ahmad, CEO, Anthelio Healthcare Solutions.
Jeff has extensive background and experience in senior financial management positions including accounting, auditing, tax, budgeting and consulting services. He has worked for Verizon Wireless, KPMG, and PWC. The breadth and scope of his experience including acquisitions, strategic planning, private equity ownership, system implementation, financial forecasting, cost reductions, budgeting and target setting, operation reporting, contract negotiations, process improvement and team building will be critical as we continue our focus on growing the business, promoting cost efficiencies and operational excellence.
