Veeva Systems and Symphony Health Solutions to Partner to Simplify Access to Life Sciences’ Customer and Performance Data

Data from Veeva Network customer master and Symphony Health Solutions to be pre-aligned

PHILADELPHIA & HORSHAM, Pa.--()--Veeva Systems and Symphony Health Solutions today announced their intent to partner to make it fast and easy for life sciences companies to use the combination of Veeva’s rich healthcare professional (HCP) and healthcare organization (HCO) data with Symphony Health Solutions’ leading performance data and analytical insights.

Life sciences companies today shoulder the burden of integrating customer and performance data. They use a wide variety of demographic information in their attempts to match customers with their corresponding prescriber transactions. This process requires significant time and effort that, with inaccurate or incomplete data, can lead to errors and delayed access to critical business information.

To address this problem, Veeva Systems and Symphony Health Solutions are pre-aligning Veeva Network’s customer master and Symphony Health Solutions’ prescriber datasets. Unique identifiers from each company will be embedded in both datasets to provide a seamless, efficient, and accurate match.
