PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Michael Baker International has announced the promotion of Rick Rubin, P.E., AICP, LEED AP, Senior Vice President, to Regional Director of the West Region. This promotion is part of a new operations-centric structure and strategic reorganization for the company, based on office level business units supporting seven corporate regions nationally and internationally. As Regional Director, Rubin will play a significant role in guiding the growth of the offices through advancement of the firm’s extensive portfolio of expertise in Arizona, California, Hawaii, New Mexico, Nevada and Utah.
