STOCKHOLM--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News:
Today, Tradedoubler (STO:TRAD) signed an agreement with Chief Strategy Officer Andrew Buckman causing Andrew Buckman’s employment to be terminated June 27th, provided that certain administrative measures required by French labor regulations proceed as expected. Andrew Buckman is released from his duties as of today.
Andrew Buckman was appointed as Chief Operating Officer for Tradedoubler in January 2013 and his role was changed Chief Strategy Officer in January 2014.
– We now have a primarily new senior management team in place and we no longer see the need for a Chief Strategy Officer. Consequently, we have agreed with Andrew to part ways. I want to thank Andrew for his efforts and wish him all the best of luck for the future, says acting CEO Matthias Stadelmeyer.
