JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pontoon, the global leader in workforce solutions, announced today the appointment of Rishi Kapoor as President, APAC. Rishi will report to the Global President, Michael Wachholz, and will be responsible for driving sales and operational delivery for Pontoon across India, China, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australasia and the broader Asia Region.
Rishi was previously Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Asia Pacific for Pontoon. He joined Pontoon in 2011 with over 15 years of Sales and Marketing experience across diverse industry sectors including financial services, technology and outsourcing. His extensive experience includes leadership positions with the ManpowerGroup, Dell, Convergys and General Electric that have seen him live and work in India, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and the USA.

Rishi will assume the role of President, APAC for Pontoon on October 1 and will remain in Singapore. He holds a Masters degree in Marketing & International Business and an MBA from the Rutgers Business School, USA. He is also a Six Sigma certified professional and a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma society.
Neil Jones, previous President, APAC for Pontoon has accepted a new role as the Australia and New Zealand Country Manager for the Adecco Group brands. In this role, Mr. Jones will continue to be closely aligned with the Pontoon team as a key strategic partner in his markets.
